I am a fulltime real estate investor and I buy and sell many properties in the metro Atlanta area every year. I now use Sam Eads exclusively to list and sell my properties. I have sold properties on my own with hardware store "For Sale By Owner" signs and well as with custom "For Sale" signs branded for my company. I have also used several different flat fee and For Sale By Owner listing services. On average it cost me just as much to sell on my own then as it now does with Sam.
If I factor in what my time is worth then I have to admit that it used to cost me more--much more. With Sam's services I am able to move property quickly with hardly any of my own time and involvement. The key is Sam's understanding of how today's buyers shop for real estate and how to effectively market to them. Just sticking a sign in the yard and being listed in a Multiple Listing Service doesn't cut it.
This is all most For Sale By Owner types do and unfortunately this is all most real estate agents do, too! While many real estate agents pay lip service to the important task of marketing property, Sam delivers.
Bottom line: It is critical for my business to sell properties quickly. Time is money! With Sam Eads as my listing agent I get this result. I highly recommend him.
